There are many advantages in using copper tubes for installation : they are efficient and reliable, have guaranted properties over a long lifespan and extended service period, etc. We produce water and gas copper tubes for sanitary applications and heating in complete accordance with EN 1057 standard. Our refrigeration and air-conditioning tubes are manufactured in accordance with EN 12735 standard. Apart from those, our production program comprises copper tubes that can be used for other purposes, for example in electrotechnical industry, which are manufactured in complete accordance with EN 13600 standard. Copper tubes for general industrial applications are produced in complete accordance with EN 12449 standard. Copper installation tubes are made of phosphorus-deoxidized copper Cu-DHP (EN) which is equivalent to SF-Cu (DIN 1787), C 106 (BS 1172), and DHP-C 12200 (ASTM-B-224). It contains min. 99,9% of copper and phosphorus from 0,015 up to 0,040%. We also produce tubes with lower phosphorus content Cu-DLP (EN), as well as tubes from conductive copper Cu-HCP and Cu-ETP for electrotechnical applications.
Quality and tolerances are in accordance with EN 1057, EN 12735, EN 12449, EN 13600, or other world standards, as well as special requirements, (special mechanical properties, narrower technological characteristics, stricter tolerances, specific surface quality requirements, etc.), which are defined by special technical conditions.
